Just in case of a TPK
With the near death of Arjunan during Sunday night's D&D session, I started thinking about what would happen if there is a total party kill (TPK -- gotta love those TLAs, eh?). I guess it'll depend on our moods, but I don't know if we'd roll up new characters and run a new party through the dungeon. I figure we'd just move on to something else.
With the idea of a TPK in mind, I did come up with a great idea for a follow-up campaign (well, potentially great, but also potentially crappy). After some time away from D&D, we could return to the module, but instead of playing the adventurers, there could be a series of adventures where the players take on the roles of novices in the Cult of the Elemental Eye. Hmm...
