On Mac #1- There is always an adjustment period when switching platforms. Think about the switch from Win 3.1 to Win 95. Also, from Win 95/97/98/2000 to WinXP.

Sorry, there is a fine line between passionate and being a jerk. Most Mac users fall under the second category, mistaking cult-like behaviour and mindless repetition of marketing bafflegab from Cupertino as independent thought and opinion.

Who are you kidding, Rawl? Windows users aren't die-hard fanboys. I don't think I've met a Microsoft fanboy. Only Mac and Linux users tend to fall into the fanboy category ... and I've met far too many raging Mac and Linux fanboys.
