It's going on four days since I lost my landline phone service. Bell is at the top of my shit list right now. Its so-called "customer service" reps are freakin' useless. I've spoken to three different people now -- one on Sunday night, one on Wednesday morning and one this morning. The guy I talked to this morning told me there's a technician strike going on and that I was shit out of luck (my words, not his). I don't care if there's a strike right now. Obviously there are people doing the technical and repair work. They just refuse to bump me up in their rotation, even though it's a guarantee I called in before anybody who would be getting technical service and support today.
And unfortunately, Primus' customer service told me the company is not serving my area for TalkBroadband -- and it seems to have the largest rollout. My cell phone is just about out of minutes. I think I'm out of options.
Very, very pissed off.
