On a trip to Wyldstar on Saturday, I ended up picking up a copy of Eden Studios' WitchCraft RPG, and I've been reading through it over the last few days.
I like it. It looks neat. It's very Mage: The Ascension-ish, but without some of the complexity that M:tA had (read: M:tA's magic system). However, instead of fighting against something akin to M:tA's Technocracy, there are various organizations of the Gifted that have their own agendas and often have to deal with otherworldly dangers. So the Gifted might find themselves going up against a demon summoned into the world one night and then a coven of vampires the next.
I think it might be fun to try the game out at some point, but I might lean towards a PBeM instead a tabletop game. Logan and Rich aren't big on the White Wolf's World of Darkness, so I don't see WitchCraft going over all that well with them.
